This small but characterful garden storage room holds a very special place in our story – it was the very first project that inspired the creation of A Room in the Garden.

PROJECT DETAILS

Built in the corner of our own garden in Hove (Ivana and Lukas, company founders), it began simply as a desire to create something different, practical, and beautiful. What started as a personal project soon became the spark for everything that followed.

Unique in every detail, this compact building combines stained glass windows, a living green roof, and Moroccan concrete tiles that mirror its vibrant exterior. Though modest in size, its clever design makes it remarkably functional inside – a true Tardis tucked into a quiet corner.

This little structure remains a reminder of what drives us: creativity, individuality, and the joy of transforming a simple idea into something extraordinary.
