We Take Care Of Everything

Every garden room is fully built on site and finished to the highest standard. From foundations to electrics and final site clean-up, we manage the entire process so you can simply sit back and enjoy the process.

Site Access

If side or rear access isn’t available, our team can carry all tools and materials through your home. In such cases, an additional charge will apply to cover protective measures and the extra time needed for setup.

Parking

To ensure an efficient build, our team will need to park a van close to your home. If you don’t have a driveway or live in a permit-only zone, we kindly ask that you arrange a parking permit in advance. If that’s not possible, we’re happy to handle it on your behalf and simply add the cost to your final invoice.

Electrical Connection & Internet Cabling

Our standard pricing covers electrical and internet connections up to 20 metres from your home, assuming clear and accessible routes. If access is restricted or unforeseen complications arise, additional charges may apply. For peace of mind, we recommend booking a pre-installation site survey.

Foundation Height & Access

Both foundation options – composite pedestals and ground screws – raise the building approximately 10–15 cm above ground level. This slight elevation offers additional benefits such as improved durability and reduced risk of moisture ingress.

If you’d prefer to conceal the gap or need easier entry to the building, especially on sloped ground, we’d be happy to suggest suitable solutions, such as adding steps or a small decking area.

If accommodation is required during the build, we’ll organise everything and pass on the exact cost—no admin fees or markup added.
